Before You Order

What kind of photo should I upload?

Upload one clear photo for each pet. Make sure the face and key features are easy to see. No need to crop the photo — we’ll take care of that.

How many pets can I include?

You can include 1–5 pets in one portrait. Please upload one separate photo for each pet.

What will I receive?

You’ll receive a custom printed portrait made from your pet photo. If you choose a framed option, your portrait will arrive framed and ready to display.

How long does it take?

Your portrait is custom-made after you order. Once the artwork and printing are complete, we’ll carefully pack it and ship it to you.

Can I request changes?

If something important about your pet doesn’t look right, contact us and we’ll do our best to help before the final print is produced.

Will the print look exactly like the preview?

Small differences in color and appearance can happen between screens and printed artwork, but we’ll keep the final print as close to the approved artwork as possible.
